CANCELLATION POLICY
Late cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a 30% service fee. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals; arriving later than this may result in appointment cancellation. Communicate estimated arrival, if you are running behind! No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the service cost. Failure to communicate prior to your appointment time is considered a no-show.
